Important: Get Pest Help is a referral and matching service, not a pest control company. We do not employ pest control technicians, perform pest control services ourselves, or guarantee the results of treatments performed by network partners. The actual pest control services are provided by independent licensed pest control companies ("Partner Technicians") in our network.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter contracts in your jurisdiction to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Pricing: Pest control service pricing is determined by the independent Partner Technician and varies based on pest type, severity, home size, treatment method, and geographic market. All prices are quoted upfront before treatment begins. Get Pest Help does not charge users a fee to use our matching service.
Payment: Payment for pest control services is made directly to the Partner Technician performing the work. Accepted payment methods vary by partner. Get Pest Help does not process payments for services rendered by Partner Technicians.
Service Guarantee: Many Partner Technicians in our network offer a service guarantee (typically, free re-treatment if pests return within a specified period). Guarantee terms are determined by the individual Partner Technician and will be disclosed in the written quote. Get Pest Help's satisfaction guarantee is limited to facilitating a re-match with a different partner if you are dissatisfied with your initial technician's service. Get Pest Help does not independently warrant or guarantee the outcome of any pest control treatment.
All content on the getpesthelp.com website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Get Pest Help or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content without our prior written consent.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO GET PEST HELP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER. BECAUSE GET PEST HELP DOES NOT CHARGE USERS DIRECTLY FOR MATCHING SERVICES, OUR LIABILITY IS EFFECTIVELY LIMITED TO $100 IN MOST CIRCUMSTANCES.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Get Pest Help, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if eligible. The arbitration shall be conducted in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Class Action Waiver: You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Get Pest Help.
To initiate arbitration, send a written notice to our Legal Department or email advertising@getpesthelp.com.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
